Who are we?
The Grup d’Intel·ligència Artificial i Data Science brings together several researchers whose activities and lines of research, beyond exploring artificial intelligence and data science, are also related to accessibility.
Its researchers are members of expert committees, international organisations, and organising and scientific committees for challenges, conferences and journals, and have been involved in projects such as:
- Coordinating the translation into Catalan of the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines—guidelines, advice and recommendations on how to make online content accessible), from the first edition to the present.
- An e-learning platform for self-regulated learning, in which accessibility has been integrated as a core element.
- Advisory services on the publication of accessible PDFs.
- Training services for private and governmental organisations.
- Training in screen readers and accessibility audits.
