Service to evaluate mobile apps and websites in accordance with Standard EN 301 549 (latest version: V 3.2.1 - 2021), a European mandatory compliance standard for interactive systems.
The evaluation includes the completion of an Accessibility Evaluation Report, which must be submitted whenever a new mobile app or website is launched and, afterwards, every three years.
Moreover, it includes a rigorous report that is detailed and personalised, which analyses, point by point and in an understandable way, the accessibility obstacles—grouped by type of issue—, which WCAG guidelines are being breached, which persons with disabilities are affected by each error, etc. The second part of the report suggests solutions for these issues so that, once the recommendations have been applied, a more favourable report may be obtained.
The GRIHO group’s experience and their deep knowledge of the WCAG guidelines (accessibility guidelines for web content), developed by the worldwide benchmark organisation W3C, provide a holistic view of accessibility and current regulations.
Thanks to this knowledge, the personalised report offered by the group stands out because it communicates the issues that have been identified in a clear, concise, and educational manner, as well as who they affect and suggestions for improvement. This greatly facilitates the work of developers and designers so they may directly apply the solutions, as well as understand the importance of accessibility in order to bear it in mind from the very start of their projects.
