AccessCat’s board welcomes twelve new affiliated entities that share AccessCat’s mission, values, and objectives. Below is a summary of each organisation’s connection to information and communication accessibility:
- Fundació Lluïsa Oller & Fundació Viver de Bell-lloc: Promote the social and professional inclusion of people at risk of exclusion, particularly those with intellectual disabilities and/or severe mental health conditions.
- Fasyl: Consultancy, advisory, and training services in clear communication.
- enCantados: A cultural promoter specialising in making musical experiences accessible through sign language interpretation.
- Ecityclic: A digital solutions company with over 20 years of experience that offers support in digital accessibility.
- Pictolex: Experts in legal design, making legal communication simpler and easier to understand.
- Audio Description Associates: An international leader in audio description with expertise in all forms of media and culture (television, film, museums, heritage…).
- European Disability Forum: A European organisation advocating for the rights of people with disabilities and their families.
- SUB-TI Access: An Italian organisation dedicated to making audiovisual content accessible for people with sensory disabilities.
- Sistema THEAD: Provides training and consultancy for teachers, educational institutions, and organisations on social justice topics, including environmental issues, equity, and accessibility.
- Tick Translations: A company specialising in professional language and translation services.
- SWISS TXT: A subsidiary of the Swiss public broadcasting company, recognised as an expert in accessibility services for the media sector.
