The H2CAT and AccessCat networks present the second part of the training course that began in July. It will take place on the 18th and 29th of September.
Have you already started the validation process for your project or research? We’ll help you move forward towards a solid, presentation-ready proposal. In the practical training course “Introduction to Knowledge Transfer II”, through flipped classroom sessions, we’ll focus on the creation of a business model, a deep understanding of the market, the development of an effective pitch, and interviews with potential customers or investors.
The training is divided into two sessions:
- Session 1 – Flipped Classroom and Pitch. We’ll work on crafting the project narrative, from the value proposition to the business model, with particular focus on the initial pitch. Thursday, 18 September, from 12:00 to 14:00.
- Session 2 – Flipped Classroom 2 and Impact. We’ll focus in market analysis, competition, and refining the project to maximise its impact and improve the problem–solution ecuation. Monday, 29 September, from 12:00 to 14:00.
This second module is standalone, so you can take part even if you didn’t attend Introduction to Knowledge Transfer I. For those who need it, materials from the previous session will be available to ensure all participants share common knowledge and tools.
This training is exclusively for researchers from the H2CAT and AccessCat networks. It will be delivered by Javier de la Ossa (expert in entrepreneur support, acceleration programmes, and training).
