The CLiC research group is taking part in the 2025 edition of the University of Barcelona’s Science Fair with the activity “Come and talk to a machine!” to showcase the SCRIBAL technology.

The CLiC research group gave a demonstration of the SCRIBAL tool (translation and transcription between Catalan and Brazilian Portuguese) during the event honouring the indigenous leader Davi Kopenawa for his fight for the rights of the Yanomami people and the defence of the Amazon ecosystem and biodiversity.

The AccessCat Network will participate in this year's Mobile World Congress, the largest and most influential technology congress in the world. The Network will attend on the 5th of March and the morning of the 6th alongside the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the network's coordinating entity, at 4YFN, the space dedicated to startups and investment.

The AccessCat Network will bring together research groups, affiliated entities, companies, and institutions interested in communicative accessibility. A day of transfer, innovation, and networking on accessibility.
