The conference brought together a hundred researchers and professionals from the video game sector who are interested in making the industry more accessible.

The video game industry has become a worldwide mass phenomenon that generates millions every year. Video games are more and more elaborate and sophisticated, and developers need to expand their audiences in order for the investment to be profitable. This is one of the reasons why the industry is paying ever more attention to video game accessibility and translation: to increase the gamer base and thus include everyone, no matter their origins or how they access the content.

In this context, TransMedia Catalonia, a research group in the Network, organises the international conference Fun for All. This event connects professionals, researchers, gamers, and other people from the world of video games in order to share needs, achievements, research, and solutions in the fields of accessibility, translation, and localisation.

In 2025, the congress celebrated its seventh edition. The congress was a success, with a hundred participants and contributions from experts, such as the keynote session by Xiaochun Zhang, researcher at University College London, or the panels in which the researchers from the Network Anna Matamala, Carme Mangiron, Miguel Ángel Oliva-Zamora, Estel·la Oncins, Sarah McDonagh, and Marta Brescia participated.
