Anna Matamala, researcher at TransMedia Catalonia and director of the network, presents the AccessCat catalogue at ITU-D. For the occasion, the organisation created explanatory factsheets about the catalogue, its technologies, services, and educational resources in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, and Spanish.

TransMedia Catalonia research group launches a new seminar series, AccessTalks. The first session is part of Global Accessibility Awareness Day 2025 and will explore through a critical discussion how AI shapes digital accessibility.

AccessCat aims to establish itself as a bridge between research, society, and industry. Therefore, for this year’s GAAD, the network will organise an event to present both the evolution of the network since its creation and the catalan social, cultural, and associative fabric dedicated to accessibility.

Andrea Granell participates in the monthly meeting of the Museums and Accessibility Forum (aimed at sharing knowledge, resources, and promoting networking around accessibility) to present the infographic "More Accessible Museums and Heritage."
