The PlanAccess (UPF) and SCRIBAL (UB) projects, winners of the I Call for Disruptive Solutions, have been awarded two grants from the Government of Catalonia.
On 19 March 2024, the AccessCat Network’s Accessibility Solutions Awards were held, during which the two disruptive solutions created by AccessCat researchers which had won the I Call for Disruptive Solutions were announced.
The winning solutions, put forth by the research groups TraDiLex (UPF) and CLiC (UB), received up to 20,000 euros to fund valorisation studies. This funding, as explained by the researchers, was used to propel their projects and, ultimately, win the 2024 Knowledge Industry grants.
You can find out more about the projects in the following videos, in which researchers Blanca Arias and Irene Hermosa (PlanAccess) and Mireia Farrús (SCRIBAL) explain their disruptive solutions in one minute.
