Pilar Orero, Anna Matamala, Horacio Saggion, and Sergi Fernández, researchers from the groups TransMedia Catalonia, TALN, and MiA, attended the NEM Summit in Brussels, which establishes strategic agendas in the telecommunications sector.
The affiliate entity Clúster Audiovisual de Catalunya invited the AccessCat Network to moderate a talk on accessibility in audiovisual platforms during the festival.
The network and its research groups will attend the congress to showcase their technologies and solutions, reaffirming their commitment to creating accessible smart cities.
On 18th October, several panels led by women—including researcher Estel Malgosa from AFIN, a research group in the AccessCat Network—will reflect on the social impact of research.
