SignarIA: Sound identity and innovation for the participation of Deaf sign language users in radio

Presentation event of the SignarIA project and its results. The project has developed a personalised synthetic voice prototype aimed at enabling Deaf sign language users to participate in radio and audiovisual environments without having to give up their own language, Catalan Sign Language (LSC). The event will feature professionals involved in the project, including network researcher Gemma Barberà (LSC Lab, UPF).

The initiative places a researcher on an FGC train, where members of the public can approach them and ask questions about their field of expertise.
