Participation of the researchers Pilar Orero and Anna Matamala (TransMedia Catalonia) in the 29th meeting of the Intersector Rapporteur Group on Audiovisual Media Accessibility, focused on accessibility in the audiovisual media.

Carme Mangiron and Maria Eugenia Larreina-Morales, researchers from the research group TransMedia Catalonia, participate in The Game Accessibility Conference, the leading event for video game accessibility. Two days focused on building connections between experts, researchers, professionals, and companies in the sector.

The researcher Anna Matamala (TransMedia Catalonia) presents a contribution about pedagogical resources to the Rapporteur Group Meeting for Question 7/1: Telecommunication/ICT accessibility to enable inclusive communication, especially for persons with disabilities.

Participation in the ITU Study Group 16. Within the framework of Question 16/26 of WP2, TransMedia Catalonia researchers Sarah McDonagh, Anna Matamala, Estel·la Oncins, and Pilar Orero made several contributions towards future standards.

Pilar Orero participates in the webinar "Metaverse 360°: Exploring Accessibility, Inclusion, and Human Rights at Dominicana Innova," focusing on accessibility in the metaverse. It is organised by the ITU and the Permanent Mission of the Dominican Republic to the UN.

The network director, Anna Matamala, participated as a keynote speaker at Bridge Multimedia's annual Advisory Board meeting. Additionally, two further activities were conducted to promote the network.

Researchers Cecilio Garriga and María Betulia Pedraza (Neolcyt) participated in the 10th International Congress of Hispanic Lexicography. Garriga delivered the closing plenary lecture of the congress, and Pedraza spoke in a session on clear and accessible language.
